Children

Due to safety, respect of other clients seeking tranquility, and insurance reasons, we cannot permit children in the salon and spa. Children must have an appointment and are accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES. We can neither assure their safety nor can we provide our undivided attention to client needs.

Cancellation

We ask that you give at least a 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment in the event that you need to reschedule.

Payment

We gladly accept visa, mastercard, American express, discover, checks and cash. All returned checks shall be charged a $25 fee.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates make wonderful birthday, anniversary, and holiday gifts, as well as any other special occasion. You may choose a specific service or a monetary value.

Change of operator

We greatly appreciate the opportunity to service you here at salon 828, and therefore want your happiness to come first and foremost. If you are unhappy with your operator, we encourage you to try another salon 828 professional. Absolutely no hard feelings!

Arrival

We pride ourselves in staying on schedule; therefore arriving more than ten minutes late may deprive you of your full appointment time.
