Our Policies

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. We value your time and we hope that you value ours, as well. If you do not notify us in time, we may charge a $50 rebooking fee that will need to be paid over the phone before reserving your next appointment.

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will no longer be able to schedule an appointment in advance.

To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we need you to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Please notify us if you are running late, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to provide a shorter service or ask you to reschedule. Our stylists take pride in the quality of our work, and do not want to rush through your service.
